X-Modal

X-Modal defines the different transport modes combinations, in permanent evolution in the last two decades. Multimodal, Intermodal, Comodal or Synchromodal are only a few examples of this trend.

ISO Containers

ISO Containers are in the foundation of every new X-Modal service. Nevertheless, the actual TEU Container has its roots in the S.XIX in UK and US, where wood and iron containers were used to move coal by rail and canals.

X-Modal

Multimodal

A new definition for an old concept, refer to integrated and combined transport for both cargo and passengers, using several transport modes.

Synchromodal

The new buzzword in European logistics is synchromodality. The concept is synonymous with the creation of an optimum flexible and sustainable transport system in which companies can choose from a range of transport and time modalities at any given moment.
